Adobe Illustrator files can’t be opened by an ordinary picture viewer. You must have Illustrator to use them. If you don’t have Illustrator (it’s wicked expensive), download the PDFs. If you do have Illustrator, but don’t have CC, let us know what version of Illustrator you have and we can send you the files in that format. Illustrator files available only via DropBox.
